It was introduced by the Federal Ministry of Health to ensure that international nurses seeking employment in Germany are recruited under fair and transparent conditions. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K&amp;K is committed to responsible global recruitment of international nursing professionals and offers a comprehensive approach for both employees and employers.
